NO INSURANCE PAYS 100% OF ALL SERVICES

The purpose of dental insurance is to help individuals receive dental care, but it is often misunderstood that the insurance will cover a significant portion of the fees, such as 90% or 100%. This belief is not entirely true since most plans only cover an average of 50% to 80% of the total fee, which is influenced by the type of coverage purchased by the patient or their employer, or the agreement between the employer and insurance provider. It is important to note that there are varying levels of coverage available among different plans.

In order to ascertain your coverage for proposed dental services, we will submit a request for predetermination to your insurance provider. Please keep in mind that until the claim is submitted and the services are rendered, insurance companies do not guarantee payment. The claim will be subjected to a number of factors such as deductibles, yearly maximums, frequency allowances, copays, and coverage restrictions. Upon receipt of the predetermination from your insurance provider, we will notify you of any copay amounts. Our team is dedicated to processing your insurance claims with great care to ensure that you receive the maximum benefits that are available to you.
